Compassion: What if compassion is not just an emotional response but a firm commitment to take care of ourselves and other ? What if compassion goes beyond our personal relationships with each other and is really a heartfelt and deliberate intention for the goodness of humanity as a whole ?

 

Personal power:Our personal power is the relationship with ourselves. Personal power is not so much our ability to control our outside world as it is our ability to declare who we are independent of what is happening to us?
